studio policies
Class Registration
We prefer if you purchase classes online, but if you need to purchase a Drop-In or Class Pack in person, please come a bit early.
Virtual Class Registration
If you would like to join a class virtually, please register as early as possible, if there are any issues, we will have a better chance of resolving it prior to the beginning of class if we have more time.
Cancellation Policy
We know things happen. Each customer is granted 3 class cancellations. Classes may be canceled up to 2 hours prior to the start of class and will result in the credit automatically being returned to the Class Pack (or account if it was a Drop-In). As of April 1st, repeated cancellations may incur a $10 penalty.
If you can’t cancel your reservation online prior to the beginning of class, email us 2 or more hours prior to the beginning of class and we will do our best to put the class back into to your account within 48-72 hours.
For early morning classes: Cancellations must be done at least 12 hours prior, except in an emergency. Memberships see below.
No-Show for all weekly classes
In an effort to honor our teachers, a late cancel (less than 2 hours) or No-Show will result in the forfeiture of that class, and your credit will not be returned to your account.
Refund policy
We apologize for the inconvenience, there are no refunds on class packs, memberships, or workshops.
Class pack extensions
There are no extensions on class packs. In the case of injury or major life event, extensions will be discussed and addressed on a case-by-case basis. If you have an injury or major life event occur, please immediately reach out to the studio and we will discuss the possibility of an extension. For injuries, we have a varying range of styles with skilled teachers that can give you modifications. Talk to us (and your doctor) so we can best support you.
New Student Specials: Although we do not offer extensions for this package, we can offer you a class with the owner (only for students who have used one class from the pack, not for two). Please contact us to discuss this option.
