Jas (she/they) is a Bay Area native who earned their 200-hour yoga certification from Folk Yoga in San Francisco. Their journey into yoga began as a way to heal from sports injuries, evolving into a deeper path of personal healing and self-discovery. Rooted in vinyasa flow, Jas’s teaching focuses on helping others reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement. In their classes, you’ll find flows designed to build strength, enhance mobility, and support recovery. Jas is passionate about creating inclusive, accessible spaces where people can move with intention and connect with their bodies.
