Drea Libby

Drea’s classes are fun, energizing, and deeply grounding. Her intention is to empower students to feel their best by blending active, strength-building movement with mindful meditation and breathwork. Each practice is an invitation to explore the inner world, offering tools for personal insight, healing, and transformation.

Yoga has been an integral part of Drea’s life for over twenty years. She studied Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism, and Yoga at Loyola Marymount University, where she earned a degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis on theological studies. Her professional background in neuroscience and trauma healing further shaped her lifelong exploration of spirituality, embodiment, and meaningful connection. She now works in the music industry, deeply inspired by the power of vibration and sound to heal, uplift, and bring communities together through shared experience.

Drea holds a certificate in evidence-based Meditation and Mindfulness from The Mindfulness Center with Dr. Deborah Norris and is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through CorePower Yoga.

Based in the Bay Area, Drea can often be found hiking, at the beach, reading her favorite books, spending time with her rescue cats, connecting with friends and family, or dancing the night away at a concert.
