Sasha Mizenin
Sasha’s teaching style is based in loving kindness — to oneself and each other. Sasha practices non-judgment and intuitive practice, allowing students to pick from many modifications which pose and variation best fit their bodies, their practice, on any given day. Her practice is open and gentle in regards to meeting the body where it’s at, and at the same time is rigorous in expanding the boundaries one thought they had. Sasha encourages her students to try many new poses and raise the ceiling of possibility and creativity. This increases both strength, mobility, flexibility, and confidence. Sasha incorporate mindful meditation, some breathwork, music to fit the crescendo and diminuendo of the class, as well as brief Reiki at the end in Savasana.
